There is no question ~ には、「〜ということに疑いはない」という意味と「〜の可能性はない」というほぼ真逆の意味がある。
that 節が続く場合は「〜ということに疑いはない」の意味になるケースが多いようだ。
There is no question that he is coming to the party. ⇒ 彼がパーティに来るのは間違いない。
of が続く場合に「〜の可能性はない」となるが、絶対ではないようなので要注意。
There is no question of him coming to the party. ⇒ 彼がパーティに来る可能性はない。
