この「one for each of ~」のところ。
「32のキャンバスがあって、それの「一つずつ」に、味の異なるキャンベルスープの缶が描かれている」、ということ。
これの文法的構造が分からない。
あえて書き直すならば、
...thirty-two canvases, each one of which is for each of the flavors then sold by Campbell's...
ということになるのだろうか。
英辞郎には、以下のような例文があった。
To buy four cans, one for each member of the family, we'd blow ¥160!
（家族一人ひとりに、全部で４つの缶を買うなら、160円がふっとぶ。）
これも同じような、「（数字を伴うフレーズ）+（ , ）+（one） ~」という形だろうか。
書き直すなら、
To buy four cans, each one of which is for each member of the family, we'd blow ¥160!
つまり、一旦、全体の数を言っておいて、その次に「それぞれは〜」と補足説明をする形で「one」を使う。
謎だ。
